Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@tokencore.com. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.

RMA Requirement

Only returns that have been processed and issued an RMA will be accepted. Any returns received without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be unused, in “like new” condition, and include all packaging and accessories. Items that show signs of wear or damage may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a device, the original device must be returned to Token headquarters before a replacement will be shipped. One free exchange for size is included with the Token Ring; any additional exchanges will incur a fee.

Exclusions

Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees; if applicable, these will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
